Pour nous aider à y parvenir, nous avons réalisé 3 levées de fonds, pour un total de 121 millions de dollars. We are looking for a talented Software Engineer who is knowledgeable about the internal needs to join our LAB team. The ideal candidate should be able to think outside the box, be pragmatic, and driven by impact. They must also be closely connected with the business side of things to deliver high value as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the LAB team to design, develop, and implement custom solutions for our internal needs.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain the production solutions, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. - Identify internal pains and explore potential solutions.
• Work closely with the business and sales teams to ensure the solutions provided meet the clients' needs and provide added value.
• Leverage LLMs possibilities to automate and enhance internal processes, examples projects:
- Generate scripts and content for client facing teams
- Automate CRM filling through text and audio analyses
- Customer and Team Member supports knowledge support agent creation
What we are looking for :
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Full working proficiency in French and ideally in English
- Proficiency with Docker and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with deploying solutions in cloud environments, preferably using Terraform.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
- Proven track record in thinking outside the box and delivering impactful results.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to work closely with business teams to achieve goals.
