We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer to create a cutting-edge consumer insights system for our grocery stores. The goal is to leverage advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to understand and predict customer buying behaviors, enhance customer experience, and optimize store performance.
Core Project Tasks:
Data Collection & Management: Setup systems for collecting, storing, and managing data from diverse sources including point-of-sale systems, online shopping platforms, customer loyalty programs, and other relevant sources.
Machine Learning Model Development: Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models that can analyze our rich data sets to recognize patterns, trends, and correlations related to customer buying behaviors.
Insight Generation: Develop algorithms to translate raw data and model outputs into actionable insights. These insights should help us understand patterns in customer behavior, predict future trends, and identify opportunities for improving sales and customer experience.
User Interface Design: Develop an intuitive, user-friendly interface that allows non-technical team members to understand and utilize the insights generated by the system.
System Integration: Ensure the insights system can be smoothly integrated with existing infrastructures, like our inventory management system, CRM system, and others.
Data Privacy & Security: Implement robust security measures to ensure all customer data is stored and processed in accordance with privacy regulations and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data analysis.
Expertise in programming languages, specifically Python, and familiarity with machine learning libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience in working with large datasets and creating data-driven models.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and software.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and their services, like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
Experience in building user-friendly interfaces for data-intensive applications.
