Upwork is hiring a AI Consultant - Solution Design (Video Recommendation System + Video Manipulation Engine) - Contract to Hire

I am looking for an AI consultant helping me with the following case for my video-based social app:

- Content recommendations: recommend creators that might meet my interests (based on my existing behaviour)

- Content production recommendations: make suggestions what content might generate higher engagement levels and followers

Further (step 2) - generative AI

- I need recommendation/consulting on what AI models and frameworks would allow me the alter the appearance of a person in a video (no-face-content)
