While this is a VA position, if this works well and you're willing, there are 2x a year when I need help in real time at industry events and I'd be happy to fly you into these events for 3-4 days. If not possible, I have alternatives, please apply regardless, particularly if invited. This is a long term position with growth.

*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
*Quick turnaround of documents
*Manage event details & reminders to attendees via email and text
*Present professionally on Zoom and in person
*Must be familiar with Facebook & Instagram and able to manage a group and pages
*Must know LinkedIN and be able to post blog posts as articles and then post with captions and hashtags provided
*Chase down and complete loose ends
*Work well with virtual team members
**Send emails via dedicated email address to selected leads, these are scripted for you
**Follow up on questions from clients and more with resources, full access to Kajabi library included
**Make travel reservations, air and hotel, specific directions provided
**Make restaurant reservations (not on Open Table, numbers are too big)
**Contact vendors, intel provided, to confirm tour dates
**Post blog posts to LI as articles, then into feed with captions and hashtags provided
**Occasional work in canva with templates
**Outreach to leads with scheduler to book appointment
**Follow up with those scheduled to complete questionnaire in typeform
**Mail postcards weekly by snail mail to established contact list
