💻 Tech Fluent: You're a pro in Figma, Miro, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Jira.
⏰ Time Availability: Up to 20 hours a week, action-oriented, hands-on, and startup-savvy.
🚀 Bonus: Open to contract-to-hire and committed for the long haul.
Your Role:
🤝 Working Closely with Me: Creating wireframes, user flows, personas, mappings, prototyping from scratch, overseeing the full product lifecycle.
📞 Engaging with Stakeholders and Candidates: Understanding their challenges to craft the best candidate experience.
🔍 Research-Driven: Diving into findings on Candidate Experience to understand job applicant challenges and HR/Stakeholder constraints.
