We are interested in engaging an expert ML consultant to assist us in:
1. Understanding the capabilities and limitations of ML models when applied to large data sets such as horse racing markets
2. Feasibility around developing a ML model that finds market edges on either A) Betfair exchange trading data including in-play data or B) historical form and track data from reputable data providers.
3. Developing a strategy to develop the system and hire the right skillsets.
4. Cost estimates for such a project.
