We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our e-learning business. This role requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in content research and writing, capable of liaising with our digital marketing consultant to help grow the business, and comfortable performing various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a knack for creativity and a keen eye for business improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Conduct thorough research on e-learning trends and topics to produce engaging and informative content for our blog. You will be responsible for generating ideas, writing articles, and ensuring content is updated and relevant.
- Digital Marketing Support: Work closely with our digital marketing consultant to implement strategies that will increase our online presence and drive business growth. You will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, analyze their performance, and suggest improvements.
- Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This includes scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
- Business Meetings Participation: Attend business meetings alongside the CEO, taking notes and contributing ideas. Your insights will be valuable in shaping the strategic direction of the business.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for the business, managing 1:1 consultation calls with clients interested in purchasing our courses or services. You will need to provide excellent customer service, understand client needs, and offer suitable solutions.
- Business Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve our business operations, customer service, and product offerings. Your suggestions will be instrumental in driving the business forward.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content research and writing, with the ability to produce compelling and SEO-friendly content.
- Experience working in a digital marketing environment, with a basic understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise with team members, consultants, and clients effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Creative thinking with a willingness to suggest innovative ideas and solutions.
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Prior experience in an e-learning or educational technology environment is a plus.
