Reliability Engineering Consultant
Position Summary:
As the Reliability Engineering Expert your background involves improving equipment reliability and optimizing maintenance planning activities. This role collaborates with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure that maintenance work is planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently and safely.
You should be an expert in Predictive Maintenance employed at Industrial, Manufacturing, and Packaging facilities that involve data from Fans, Bearings, Compressors, Motors, Gearboxes, Pumps
Maintenance Planning:
Develop, plan, and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities.
Ensure all required materials, tools, and equipment are available for scheduled jobs.
Reliability Analysis:
Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor equipment performance and develop strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
Implement and manage condition-based monitoring programs.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reliability improvements.
Implement best practices in maintenance and reliability processes.
Drive the implementation of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment histories, and spare parts inventory.
Develop and update maintenance procedures and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Training & Development:
Provide training to maintenance personnel on best practices, new technologies, and reliability concepts.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of reliability engineering.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe manner, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Comply with all regulatory requirements related to equipment maintenance and reliability.
