Why do we need you?
We are looking to fill in the following roles:
â 1 German-speaking learning designer
â 1 Swedish-speaking learning designer
Both roles should also be fluent in English, to help us produce learning courses from existing books and training material. Itâll be your job to distill the original content into a course thatâs comprehensive, engaging, and entertaining.
What will you do?
â Designing engaging courses using source material
â Creating interactive lessons that follow our learning design principles
â Repackaging and organizing the content in line with our templates
â Rephrasing the copy to make it concise and engaging
â Creating course questions based on the content
â Reviewing and proofreading the final course for consistency and accuracy
â Leading a discovery call to help understand clientâs goals and needs (when needed)
â Providing consultation to clients when needed (when needee)
How will we work together?
Hopefully on an ongoing basis! Weâll start with a single course assignment and go from there. There are plenty of courses to work on and weâre adding more all the time. Remotely.
