About the Role:
As our Channel Partnership Manager you will align with Augmedix’s core values to accelerate growth from new and existing channel partners. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the company's existing partnerships with Google and others. This role is focused on identifying new channel partners where there is shared value for both parties and continuing to expand our engagement with existing partners. You'll work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Head of Revenue Strategy to execute on key partnership initiatives important to the next phase of our growth and evolution of our business. We are looking for someone who will ensure robust pipeline development and drive measurable channel partner growth. Being data-driven and collaborating well with external partners is important to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of Channel Partnership sales vertical
- Monitor channel pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
- Collaborate with strategy and marketing on channel partner strategy including messaging, pricing, and sales models to achieve revenue goals
- Enable sales team to effectively work channel pipeline opportunities
- Stay well-connected with partners contacts to ensure their needs are being met and expand the depth of our engagement
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role and/or in a sales role
- Experience in building deep customer relationships & ensuring partner needs are met
- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- A capable hunter, build relationships from scratch and turn them into new channel partners
- Deep experience with the healthcare industry including care delivery & revenue cycle
- Experience selling technology solutions & work with partners or clients to find creative business solutions
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership to peers and senior leadership
