I changed my methodology up and used a 25e-04 learning rate (exactly half the default) and I like the way this turned out. I set it to run 20,000 steps but stopped it early, tested, and have settled on the 9000-step version.
I also built her on v1.4 and I can't complain - as usual she looks best on all of the nicer Models available here.

I checked the strength of the original file and it seemed low, so this is the 10000 step version with a v/s of .204 which should give better results.
