This LoRA is an homage to the Polish artist Tamara de Lempicka (1898 - 1980) who travelled to USA and made a name for herself. Tamara was a woman of class and character who painted in a semi-cubist style that was accessible and appealing to art-lovers. Several of her works are iconic images that capture something of the energy and optimism of the time of America in its heyday. Her painting style has universal appeal.

This LoRA was created from 64 images of paintings collected from the web as fair use. They were cropped to 768 x 960 px [4:5 aspect ratio] and trained for 1,000 steps and 1 epoch using Dreambooth LoRA and Aitrepreneu's configuration file for low graphics card. (( Thanxx!! ))

The examples provided were created using Deliberate_v2 checkpoint.

None of the images have been corrected with in-painting - there will be glitches in this matrix. Tamara was a classically trained artist who paid close attention to composition, drapery, poses and in particular hand poses. This "mannered" approach to painting is part of the style and charm of her work. She also painted a number of handsome men which provides a little relief from the overload of female pulchritude.

The best weighting for the Lora is 0.5 - 0.8.

Many of the prompts also include references to lighting and <lora:epiNoiseoffset_v2:0.6> as this brings out the rich colours.

There are no trigger words, but certain phrases are embedded in the text:

draped cloth,

serious expression,

classic hand-pose,

TDLP works well with other lora's provided the weightings are adjusted - otherwise the results are over-cooked. There are not that many artstyles on Civitai and there could be a lot more. I hope this lora finds a home in some creator's workflow.
