I don't have an exact recipe for it because I merged it spontaneously.
This model is based on the 3x3x3mixXL series, autismmixPony, ebaraPony, and waiANI series as its core, with other artistic models added for spice.
Since it is a Pony derived model, I believe the license for this model will be CreativeML OpenRAIL as well as Pony Diffusion.
