Trying a different approach with the newest version, if you want the more anime style, then prompt for that; anime_coloring, anime_screenshot, etc. If not, then keep those tags out of the prompt and go for other stuff, like scenery or movie_still.

Recommended settings:

Strength 0.9, lower for more flexibility. Same goes for your cfg, anything below 4.5 is golden.

A few trigger words that will completely improve not only the quality of the image, but the overall end result:

— anime screenshot, 1990s (style), movie still, scenery, detailed lighting, blurry_foreground, foreshortening
