I played a lot in my childhood at laser disc videogames so this model is my personal tribute to the great Disney animator Don Bluth. This is a fine-tuned Stable Diffusion model (based on v1.5), I've trained three different models from videogames laser disc Dragon's Lair , Space Ace and Dragon's Lair II Time Warp then I merged these models into a single one called dbluth. Use the token dbluth in your prompts to use the style. Download the ckpt file from "files and versions" tab into the stable diffusion models folder of your web-ui of choice. The model is pretty similar to Disney classic model because of course Don Bluth was one of the main animator in classic Disney era. I've found interesting the output in the img2img generation. You can see the results in the second image (original/img2img).

What is dbluth?

dbluth is a highly specialized Image generation AI Model of type Safetensors / Checkpoint AI Model created by AI community user tuwonga. Derived from the powerful Stable Diffusion (SD 1.5) model, dbluth has undergone an extensive fine-tuning process, leveraging the power of a dataset consisting of images generated by other AI models or user-contributed data. This fine-tuning process ensures that dbluth is capable of generating images that are highly relevant to the specific use-cases it was designed for, such as character, disney, classic.

With a rating of 5 and over 1 ratings, dbluth is a popular choice among users for generating high-quality images from text prompts.

Can I download dbluth?

Yes! You can download the latest version of dbluth from here.

How to use dbluth?

To use dbluth, download the model checkpoint file and set up an UI for running Stable Diffusion models (for example, AUTOMATIC1111). Then, provide the model with a detailed text prompt to generate an image. Experiment with different prompts and settings to achieve the desired results. If this sounds a bit complicated, check out our initial guide to Stable Diffusion – it might be of help. And if you really want to dive deep into AI image generation and understand how set up AUTOMATIC1111 to use Safetensors / Checkpoint AI Models like dbluth, check out our crash course in AI image generation.
