Gay621 is better at anatomy, but can't do portraits or girls (I think).

Multispecies gives more variety but is even more difficult to work with in my experience. It does good portraits and can do male and female Synths.

dolphinsynthhead - for bust and headshot portraits.

If your dolphin keeps holding a beverage, put holding object in negatives for Gay621 or beverage, welding, rag for Multispecies.

I got explicit permission from the character owner to train and publish this model.

Trained on only 10 images so it's over-fitted and difficult to work with. But if you use it together with the male Synth LoRA, it can give OK results.
