highres.fix works fine with :

R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B, 15 steps, Denoising 0.3 - 0.5, upscale: 1.5 - 2

I don't use restore faces

positive: masterpiece,best quality,

negative: bad quality, worst quality, lowres, bad anatomy, blurry
