Added photos without: Ahoge or black sleeves or boots or white collar. These should have a much higher chance to not apply when the tag doesn't exist. Removed NSFW training images as that influenced outputs to be NSFW randomly. Did a bit of creative reimagining of her red shirt as having straps when white collar isn't triggered. Trained at 256 bit network rank which is probably overkill.

V1 had issues of outfit coherency, V2 had random NSFW and the tags weren't as effective as I wanted. This should fix both issues.
