It seems to have a lot of Illustrious character data, and depending on settings it can do realism or semi-realism. Prompting matters a lot here, you get what you put in. Negative prompts are especially good at negating things you don't want in individual characters.

Adetailer, HR.Fix, FreeU, MahiroCFG, RescaleCFG, Hypertile all help, none are strictly necessary. Loras seem to function well, test and enjoy.

If you're trying to render an anime character in a realistic style while maintaining visual aspects of the character, MahiroCFG and RescaleCFG can allow you to adjust CFG scaling to add anime features to realistic ones, for just general use it's a matter of preference, also some tags can break at certain weights regardless of cfg, like absurdres and huge filesize can do strange things above 1.2, avoid overweighting tags above 1.3 to prevent glitches.
