Sadly I posted this as an article first and did not realize the lack of views it would receive.

Basics:

You MUST update ComfyUI from Update folder (using both .bat files)

Then, open ComfyUI and Load the .json to open the workflow.

You will need Node Manager and use it to install some custom nodes.

Install:

If you get an error in any of the nodes above make sure the files are in the correct directories.

flux1-dev.sft goes in: ComfyUI/models/unet/

t5xxl_fp16.safetensors and clip_l.safetensors go in: ComfyUI/models/clip/

ae.sft goes in: ComfyUI/models/vae/

I got so much help from everyone here and on L2 & CIVITAI I thought I try to return the favor.

This Comfy workflow does require a few nodes besides the obvious FLUX by Black Forest Lab. I will assume you know how to install everything so this is not a beginners workflow.

You can always use Comfy Manager to install or disable them and run things directly.
