Gina is…

  • The generously proportioned shortstack next door

  • A wide-eyed coworker new to everything

  • Your childhood best friend with maternal tendencies

  • The stern but fair teacher

  • A perky, hyperactive cartoon character

What Gina lacks in height or svelte supermodel looks, she makes up for in personality, across multiple realistic/drawn/painted styles with very consistent results.

About this version: Gina (SD1.5) v0.1.0

First LoRA of Gina, built for SD1.5. Intentionally mundane; not trained from images or based on a living/fictional person (although some inspiration came from each category).

After two days of refining design in prompts, canon appearance finalized Dec. 25 2003; in March 2004 the underlying characteristics models were merged at specific weights (experimentally using command-line tools rather than web UI). Considerably different from the base figure used, itself a nonexistent character far removed from any specific likeness.

Requires the trigger words even if they seem exaggerated.

Suggested setting: strength 1.5; also for now, 4'11" woman and severe dwarfism are necessary to get Gina at the shortstack proportions. Some clothing models may unscale her proportions. Some checkpoints/models confused by her height may need you to add child to your negative prompts, but her bust size usually clues them in.

Gina's heavily tested but she's still the first model I've ever created; while the merge process I used worked, it's why her default strength isn't closer to 1.0 and why she doesn't have a name trigger. Feedback from more experienced creators on how to correct these issues is welcome.
