To activate this LORA, the tokens "pregnant" and "hyperpreg" should be added to your prompt. Your prompt should ideally be something to the effect of "masterpiece, highest quality, girl, pregnant, hyperpreg, big belly," and then the rest of the details of the image. The big belly token is optional, but I've found it to generate a belly that's actually connected to the character's body more often than without it. I've gotten just big balls of pregnancy on occasion, sometimes it's floating just beside the girl, sometimes she's holding it? So I would definitely recommend the tag. It also adds a noticeable bit of weight to some characters in my experience, but your mileage may vary.
This LORA was trained with NAI as a base and will thus work best with that setup. I've gotten my best results by using a weight of 1, but I also haven't experimented very much with weight values.
Just a fair warning, you're probably not going to get very many interesting poses with this LORA. Hyperpreg is not a genre of fetish well known for a variety of character poses.

This version has been trained off of roughly 1000 images, with enough variety of art styles that your generations without any artist LORAs should come out pretty plain looking-- which, if you want a good base to add LORAs to, is a good thing in my opinion.
That being said, considering the quality of hyperpreg images online, your faces might come out a bit more warped than usual on the first go around. Just be prepared to do a bit of inpainting on some artist LORAs.
Source images range in size from octomom to omegapreg, and additionally range in shape from smooth and circular to bumpy and oblong. Also occasionally generates images with stretch marks if you're into that.
