I am using Hires.fix with the following settings:

Upscaler: ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B
Hires steps: 20
Denoise: 0.35
Upscale by: 1.3x

Prompting for FLUX:

Strenght 1.9-2.0 for CIVIT ONLINE GENERATOR

Strenght 1.0 for LOCAL GENERATION

Also works great together with other LoRAs
