V2 is a complete new merge based on Rouwei 0.8 v-pred. For some time, I did not know how to proceed with this model and then gave mentioned Rouwei model a try and found out it worked pretty well in producing both semi-realistic Anime style and "realistic" semi-realistic pictures.
Since this model is now V-pred based, the settings changed quite a bit:
Sampler / Scheduler: Euler A + SGM Uniform or Euler Negative with Align your Steps
CFG: 3-5
Steps: 25
Resolutions: tested with SDXL resolutions
Highres fix and adetailer if needed depending on use case
VAE is included
New Quality tags:
Positive
masterpiece,best quality,amazing quality
Negative
low quality, worst quality, watermark, signature, censored, mosaic censoring, bar censor
In order to get a more realistic look, add the tags "realistic, photorealistic" to the positive prompt.
This Semi-Realistic Checkpoint is based on Illustrious XL 1.1 and is able to produce both 2.5D Anime style and Semi-Realistic pictures.
It understands both natural language and Booru tags and supports resolutions up to 1536x1536 px.
Please see below Quality tags for each style.
Recommended settings:

Semi-Realistic Blend XL is a highly specialized Image generation AI Model of type Safetensors / Checkpoint AI Model created by AI community user Zessica. Derived from the powerful Stable Diffusion (Illustrious) model, Semi-Realistic Blend XL has undergone an extensive fine-tuning process, leveraging the power of a dataset consisting of images generated by other AI models or user-contributed data. This fine-tuning process ensures that Semi-Realistic Blend XL is capable of generating images that are highly relevant to the specific use-cases it was designed for, such as anime, base model, semi-realistic.
With a rating of 0 and over 0 ratings, Semi-Realistic Blend XL is a popular choice among users for generating high-quality images from text prompts.
Yes! You can download the latest version of Semi-Realistic Blend XL from here.
To use Semi-Realistic Blend XL, download the model checkpoint file and set up an UI for running Stable Diffusion models (for example, AUTOMATIC1111). Then, provide the model with a detailed text prompt to generate an image. Experiment with different prompts and settings to achieve the desired results. If this sounds a bit complicated, check out our initial guide to Stable Diffusion – it might be of help. And if you really want to dive deep into AI image generation and understand how set up AUTOMATIC1111 to use Safetensors / Checkpoint AI Models like Semi-Realistic Blend XL, check out our crash course in AI image generation.
