This is a simple workflow that I use to stitch video segments together. I've seen fairly comprehensive story workflows posted where you can run partial workflow per segment, etc. and it was truly a masterpiece but fairly complex to manage so I opted for workflow per segment type approach.
I am still polishing up story segments and will post them a bit later.
What this workflow does:
Merges up to 5 video segments
Allows you to easily skip videos 2-5
Skips first frame of videos 2-5 to make transitions smoother
Color matches videos 2-5 to last frame of video 1
Why choose the last frame of the first video - to account for rendering and lighting differences. WAN renders differently from whatever source material you used for i2v video, and even if you used t2v, there are likely slight lighting changes. By using WAN rendered frame with lighting accounted, you will get better, less washed out, results. Realistically you might want to always adjust subsequent segments to the last frame of previous segment, but I have not tested that far tested and implemented in v1.1.
If you want more than 5 segments just copy paste nodes and wire them up the same way.
NOTE: Workflow works best when all videos are the same resolution and are 16 frames/sec. It will by default scale videos 2-5 to the same resolution as the first one, cropping from center to match aspect ratio before optionally upscaling the final merged video to your chosen resolution. There is optional frame interpolation to 32 frames/sec. You will need to change respective nodes if you'd like a different resolution or frame rate.
