Once love flowed over me and pain could not be felt, when tears kissed away by lips oh so soft comfort gave. Once every breath loves ally until hatred killed her smile and dimmed her eyes. Once, I loved, no more.
Once more the silence speaks to me, unforgiving and harsh like daggers of truth through what's real. Once I begged to be spared, but heaven lies beyond the gate of lies and through it I must walk.
