Can you create a picture about this character based on my prose, following with its artstyle being draw in anime style :
The character was a male. His characteristics has wearing a plain cloak with the hood up, which is his default travelling appearance — someone who moves through the world without announcing himself. When the hood comes down, what is revealed is a face with the specific quality of someone who has been everywhere and found most of it amusing. Also Older but not that old, somewhere in a middle range that suggests accumulated experience rather than age.
He carries two objects that define him visually — a book inside a leather bag at his side, and a wand accessible somewhere on his person, the combination of both.
His face has the expression of someone who finds the world genuinely entertaining. He laughs freely, panics comically when caught out, and shifts immediately into a menacing smile when he needs to be intimidating
