I want them clearly separate. also add cohesin ring to the middle loop in purple, do not add any more loops. also add a ring around the double strand in purple like you did in blue. In the right upper contact of blue and purple is wrong. only the fusion at the bottom is good. keep the breaks and faded cohesin as you did but blue and purple should be still only touching eachother at the fusion site.
