Update:

V2 produces generally better results and reacts better to your prompts due to using my more recent training settings and improved tagging.

For better creampie results use something like (creampie:1.1).

Recommended LoRA strength ~0.8.

It's decent at producing vaginal as well as anal results, although anal seems to give it a little bit more trouble in my experience.
