This latest version of Neuro-Evolution utilizes the same models as its predecessor, but the merging process has undergone a subtle transformation. I want to extend my gratitude to driftjohnson for his invaluable insights and video on the topic of merging.
This version is a merge of Neuro-Evolution v4 (Yes, there was a fourth version I made, but I never posted it because I was not happy with the result), ReV Animated and CyberRealistic.
