UPDATE:
I've been working on this for a long while and it finally dawned on me to remove from the source images the ones where she's not smiling. This has virtually eliminated all of the derpiness from her look and I think it's finally where I want it to be.
ORIGINAL:
I ran 5,000 steps and have settled on the 3200-step version.
I also built her on v1.4 and I can't complain - as usual she looks best on all of the nicer Models available here.
Important Notes: Sometimes she'll gen cross-eyed, no idea why, she ain't cross-eyed in any of the source photos. Second, if you want a smile you gotta prompt it.

About this version: v1.8
Tried to make her more consistent and less likely to look like she's got fetal alcohol syndrome most of the time. I succeeded, barely. You still need to prompt the hell out of her (smile, not cross-eyed, etc.) to get her to work. Don't know why :/
