Trained on images of artists whose artwork has an ink brush or heavy lineart style. Example images have very minimal editing/cleanup.

What is linebrush-style?

linebrush-style is a highly specialized Image generation AI Model of type Safetensors / Checkpoint AI Model created by AI community user kasukanra. Derived from the powerful Stable Diffusion (SD 1.5) model, linebrush-style has undergone an extensive fine-tuning process, leveraging the power of a dataset consisting of images generated by other AI models or user-contributed data. This fine-tuning process ensures that linebrush-style is capable of generating images that are highly relevant to the specific use-cases it was designed for, such as lineart, manga, concept art.

With a rating of 0 and over 0 ratings, linebrush-style is a popular choice among users for generating high-quality images from text prompts.

Can I download linebrush-style?

Yes! You can download the latest version of linebrush-style from here.

How to use linebrush-style?

To use linebrush-style, download the model checkpoint file and set up an UI for running Stable Diffusion models (for example, AUTOMATIC1111). Then, provide the model with a detailed text prompt to generate an image. Experiment with different prompts and settings to achieve the desired results. If this sounds a bit complicated, check out our initial guide to Stable Diffusion – it might be of help. And if you really want to dive deep into AI image generation and understand how set up AUTOMATIC1111 to use Safetensors / Checkpoint AI Models like linebrush-style, check out our crash course in AI image generation.

About this version: linebrush-style-v2-1

Trained on more human images. It's a more manga-y style with an emphasis on detailing through lines. It works well as an in-painting model (after merging with the 1.5 in-painting model) to bring dreamy or blurry forms into focus.

Updated description (1/12/23):

Sorry for the confusion. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough in the description. The linebrush version v2-1 is used as one part of the merge to create a 1.5 inpainting model version of the linebrush model. Then, I used the new inpainting version of the linebrush v2-1 model to turn the more dreamy or blurry outputs from my other model (https://civitai.com/models/3164/fantasy-style) into the preview images. I used a low conditional mask strength (around 0 - 0.1) to preserve the details while keeping the denoising strength relatively high (0.75 - 1)

The base images I used for img2img with the inpainting linebrush model are here: https://imgur.com/gallery/C0EChZz. You can create an inpainting model from any 1.5 finetuned model following the resource here: https://www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/comments/zcby0o/you_can_now_merge_inpainting_and_regular_models/. I also have a video about it here starting at timestamp 01:43: https://youtu.be/aNewHiib4Nk?t=103.
