Responsibilities:
Model Fine-Tuning: Utilize the LLaMA 2 7B and ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo models to specialize in creating ATS-approved resumes, ensuring the final output is optimized for keywords and human readability.
Data Conversion and Preparation: Convert PDF resumes into JSON format to facilitate training. Implement procedures for de-identifying personal information within resumes to maintain privacy.
Project Management: Collaborate with the project team to establish milestones and deliverables, including providing a fixed quote for the project, detailing the project timeline, and specifying the initial dataset size required for effective model training.
API Development: Assist in the creation of an API for backend integration, ensuring seamless access to the fine-tuned model functionalities within our application ecosystem.
Requirements:
Proven experience in machine learning projects, with a focus on natural language processing and model fine-tuning.
Familiarity with LLaMA 2 7B, ChatGPT, and other OpenAI models.
Strong background in data processing, including converting documents between formats (e.g., PDF to JSON) and implementing privacy-preserving techniques (e.g., PII masking).
Experience with API development for machine learning applications.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to provide clear timelines, budget estimates, and resource requirements.
