My project is a prototype decoupled into smaller features (looking for the right collaborator for long term relationship in the process). At the moment I am looking for an expert in database setup enabling machine learning, especially reinforcement learning from human feedback.
The project requires the following:
setup database (6 tables so far)
establish the relationships
ready database to feed and be fed from neuro network
ready the data to be update in database based on RLHF
the database must be expandable vertically and horizontally
