Upwork is hiring a Need a FB messaging tool created using no-code

I need someone to build an automation by using no-code tools (like Zapier or Make.com).

Its purpose is to go through specific private FB groups, identify intent of specific posts, and send a FB message to people that match certain criteria.

Ideally I'd like to message them as soon as they've posted in the FB groups and their message matches the criteria.

From my research, make.com and zapier's integration with FB groups to monitor new posts is only limited to FB group admins.

So please let me know how you would handle:

- not scraping duplicates

- messaging people as soon as their posts matches our critera

How would you handle the messaging as well?

Manychat and Chatfuel are definitely not the tools to use as they only work when there is a request to message from the user.

Please tell me how you imagine the workflow to be.
