We need a web app built that will be mainly used on a mobile that will take a scanned NFC tag with a URL record containing a parameter to a page that pulls details from a database based on the information from teh URL Parameters and based on what level of access the user has.
The app will need provision for admin functions to create/edit/delete records in the database as well as a mass upload.
This will need to be a full stack development and ideally use Next.js as a frontend, Express.js as a backend which will be created as an API server so other frontends can share info and then the database should ideally be MongoDB.
There also needs to be CSS involved while following company design guidelines.
We have some techinal internal resource to help on this project but the bulk of the work we need to get done externally.
The timeline for this is quite short so we need someone who would be able to focus the majority of their time on this once we go ahead.
