Consultant - Large Language Model & Generative AI SME Strategist
Are you ready to embark on a dynamic new project at world famous Enterprise company as a Consultant in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI? Our customer an innovative technology company known for its excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers is looking for a consultant to join their team. As a Consultant aligned to consulting service delivery within their organization, you will play a pivotal role in helping their customers unlock the potential of LLMs and Generative AI.
Start Date: ASAP or latest 1st December
Hours per week: 40 (monday to friday)
Contract Duration: 6 Months plus option of extension
Location: Remote plus one weeks travel per month
Travel Expenses: Fully paid (Hotel, Local Travel, Flights + Food when travelling)
Languages Required: English C1/Native plus an additional language for the country you live in. Three languages are highly desired.
Essential Requirements and Skills:
Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, with at least 3 years in customer-facing services delivery and Pre-Sales. You should be able to lead discussions with C-level customer roles and create strategic roadmaps for customers in the LLM/Generative AI space.
Generative AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI, including model selection, data preparation, model fine-tuning, and guardrail implementation. You will serve as an advisor on customer engagements in this domain.
Tooling Expertise: Proficiency in the Generative AI tooling ecosystem, including Kubernetes, MLOps, and AIOps tools.
Consulting Skills: Strong customer engagement skills, the ability to organize and lead workshops, and the capacity to present findings in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Influence and Interaction: Proven ability to interact confidently and credibly at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers, partners, and vendors.
Analytical Abilities: Skill in articulating complex concepts, building consensus, and delivering high-quality work products. You'll drive engagements related to GenAI architectural analysis, benefits analysis, and discovery.
Information Gathering: Capacity to gather and review configuration material, conduct stakeholder interviews, and extract essential information related to customer goals and objectives.
Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in client-facing professional services delivery, from presentations and documentation to workshops and interviews.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in project teams, adhering to defined methodologies while managing margin, planning, and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
Onsite Presence: Availability for onsite customer workshops.
Desirable Requirements and Skills:
Technology Awareness: General knowledge of cutting-edge technology products.
AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools such as Bright Command Manager, NeMo Framework, Triton Inference Server, and others.
Large Language Models (LLM): Experience and deep knowledge of Large Language Models.
MLOps and AIOps Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as cnvrg.io, MLflow, and Domino.
Deployment Methodologies: Experience using Lean and Iterative Deployment Methodologies.
Education: A University Degree aligned to Machine Learning is a plus.
Certifications: Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., AI, K8, and RHEL).
