We have an Islamic Bengal YouTube channel and we are looking for a Social Media Manager/YouTube Channel Manager for it.
You must be a native speaker of Bengali
Our content is Islamic, so you should have at least general knowledge about it.
You must be a Muslim, as you will be managing an Islamic YouTube channel.
Work requires a sensitive training period before starting. We will give you a 1-2 week trial period to assess your capability for the job.
The schedule is open for negotiation and may include evenings and weekends.
Pricing may be adjusted based on the quality of your work. Ideally, we want to find someone to work with long-term.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing about 8 videos at various stages of post-production on a daily basis
-Launching videos
-Preparing videos for sharing
-Coordinating and overseeing all post-production processes for said videos
-Brainstorming release strategies (if necessary)
-Quality checking videos before they debut on YouTube
-Managing deliverables and communicating issues to clients
-Clearly communicating assignments/feedback to editors, artists, and translators
-Proactively identifying and solving key production problems that arise
-Organizing daily deliverables (getting translations, sending texts to voiceover artists, getting voiceover files, sending files to editors, and getting final videos, etc.)
-Assisting with gathering analytical research on videos (if necessary)
Requirements:
-You must be a Muslim
-You must speak Bengali
-You must have 1+ years of experience with a YouTube channel
-You should have examples of YouTube SEO titles, descriptions, and successful video launches, and be able to explain why they were successful
-Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition is required
-Familiarity with various codecs and standard post-production processes is necessary
-Advanced ability to communicate with freelancers (video editors, voiceover artists, translators, thumbnail makers, Photoshop artists, etc.)
