Today was unbearably hot, so I decided to take off my shorts and head to a nearby lagoon. The cool water touched my hooves as I crouched down, closed my eyes, and let the wind play with my hair. I took a deep breath, meditated, and felt grateful for such a beautiful moment. The photographer, without warning, captured a shot of me while I was in a squat. I wasn’t prepared… yet he insists it’s one of the best pictures he’s ever taken of me.
