I first generated with Rev Animated and then regenerated img2img with A-Zovya Photoreal. I used to Loras which you can see in the prompt. I have found first generating in Rev Animated or Dreamshaper gives more detailed images and then running generating an img2img version with a photo realistic model produces unbelievable results.
