The sun kissed her skin as Athena lounged in royal ease, her body draped across the leather chair like she owned the shoreline.

From behind tinted lenses, she noticed him.

He wasn’t trying to hide. Not anymore.
He stood near the bar, drink in hand, pretending not to look… but failing. Their eyes met through shadows and sunlight — and neither looked away.

She tilted her head slightly, amused.
He took that as a sign.

With calm confidence, he walked toward her. His posture respectful, but his gaze unable to mask his admiration. He stopped just a few steps away — not too close, not too bold.

“I’ve never seen someone sit like the ocean was hers,” he said with a soft smile.

Athena didn’t answer immediately.
Instead, she removed her sunglasses slowly, revealing eyes that glowed like twin galaxies.

“It is mine… for now,” she replied, lips curling into a smile that was both divine and inviting.

Their silence said more than words.
A dance had begun — not with feet, but with glances, tension, and quiet intrigue.
And Athena, for the first time in a very long time… was curious.
