In Japan we have many important social rituals we are required to follow by law.
For example, whenever you see a beautiful lady -- be it on the street, in the office, or in the woods -- it is your civic duty as a man to show your appreciation by whipping out your schlong gigantic camera lens and high-end DSLR in front of her. You must then join the massive crowd of present photographers who will relentlessly stalk her until every single one of their memory cards is full. Afterwards we go home and post all of her images on public imageboards for the entire world to enjoy. As is tradition.
Failure to participate in such communal activity can result in heavy punishment up to having your citizenship revoked!
And always remember: Look, don't touch! You wouldn't want anyone to think you're some kind of disgusting pervert, right?!
