We are looking for a talented NLP Data Scientist to join our team. This is a long-term position requiring +20 hours per week commitment.
You will be mainly responsible for researching optimal ways to respond to customer messages automatically using AI. This will involve classifying messages and processing messages via OpenAI's API, and assessing the results. Excellent communication skills are a must as you need to analyse the AI responses to ensure a zero-risk tolerance for our product.
