Upwork is hiring a Career Change - Hedge Fund Research

Hello! I am considering changing careers and have my sights set on working for a hedge fund in the New York City (NYC) area in the USA. Up until now, my career has been tech focused in process improvement and marketing operations and I have an electrical engineering degree.

As I am just getting started in the industry, my ideal job is INVESTMENT TEAM ANALYST. So the goal is to find hedge fund contacts around this level for me to connect with about joining them at their firm as a peer. Please do not contact anyone at the firms. This is only research for me to reach out later on my own. Collecting this information is NOT for sales outreach - it's for networking and my personal career. At the end of the day, I am interested in working for only 1 firm.

So, I will need your help to examine LinkedIn, Google, Financial News, and SEC filings for 2 sets of information:

1) Hedge Funds in the NYC area (ideally tech-focused), and;

2) junior and mid-level empoloyees who work at these funds (I do not want any CEOs or high level contacts).

Of course we want to focus on the funds that are hiring new team members. Of course this information is not always made publically known, but if it is, that's something to note as well.

The idea is that I will reach out to them, build my network, and eventually apply for a job to work as a junior analyst myself. I have attached the spreadsheet of information I'd like to know about each hedge fund.
