We are actively seeking an AI/ML Specialist and Trainer with a strong background in AI and ML, particularly in Generative AI, to collaborate with our clients in delivering specialized training sessions. This role is perfect for professionals who have a deep understanding and practical experience in AI/ML and are looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic training environment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

1. **Demonstrable Experience:** Must have worked with sizable organizations in the field of AI within the last three years.

2. **Project Involvement:** Completion of at least two significant AI projects in the past five years, with at least one focusing on Generative AI using Snowflake, Python, and SQL.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Ability to assist in identifying business processes suitable for AI solutions.

- Skills in reviewing existing AI architectures for potential improvements.

- Experience in the AI software development lifecycle, particularly with Snowflake, Python, and SQL.

- Strong grasp of various AI model approaches.

- Proficiency in managing AI/ML operations in a hybrid cloud environment.

- Experience in developing and implementing a Collaborative Enterprise Feature Store.

- Demonstrated capability in developing Generative AI solutions.

- Experience with integrating AI solutions with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.

- Experience in embedding AI solutions into applications.

- Knowledge in developing Governance programs for AI.

- Experience in fostering AI Business Developer Communities.

- Experience in setting up training and skill development for IT and business staff in AI.
