We're seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to help us develop a state-of-the-art personalized Reading Tutor App designed to improve the reading proficiency of young learners. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Reinforcement Learning, with a solid understanding of modern AI/ML tools and architectures.
Responsibilities:
Develop Machine Learning models, primarily focusing on a lesson personalization model and a fine-tuned language model.
Use Reinforcement Learning techniques to create a model that learns from students' past performance and determines the next most suitable lesson.
Leverage pre-trained models like BERT or GPT-2 and fine-tune them for our specific task to create engaging and age-appropriate reading materials.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of the models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
