Promptly address technical issues.
Maintain service quality with limited weekly hours.
Provide customer assistance as required.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with Vonage VOIP systems.
Proficient in porting and setting up systems remotely.
Knowledge of Autotask and IT Glue.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
