Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Professional to join our product development team, focusing on building an innovative new product for our client in the healthcare space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with the ability to quickly adapt to and understand complex data environments. This role requires a deep understanding of how to identify and bring forward the most crucial metrics that matter to business users in a trustworthy, accurate, and scalable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Environment Analysis: Rapidly assimilate the client's complex data environment to understand data flows, sources, and structures. Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement to streamline data processing and analysis.
Metric Identification and Validation: Work closely with business users and stakeholders to identify the most critical metrics that drive decision-making. Develop methodologies to ensure these metrics are accurate, reliable, and reflective of the business objectives.
Data Visualization and Reporting: Create intuitive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate the identified key metrics to business users. Ensure these tools are scalable and can be adapted to changing business needs.
Collaboration with Product Development Team: Work closely with the product development team to integrate data analytics into the product design, ensuring that the product meets the client’s business needs and adds value through insightful data analysis.
Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data reports and analytics.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and healthcare to continually improve the product and processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Demonstrated experience in handling large, complex datasets and turning them into actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in data governance, quality assurance, and data privacy standards in the healthcare industry is a plus.
