I'm seeking a proficient Python programmer to optimize our current sequenced production plan. The main objective is to minimize production time.

Work entails:

- Understanding the existing production route of manufacturing orders, deadlines, and priorities.

- Developing an intermediate level Python script capable to conduct data manipulation using libraries.

Key Requirements:

- Python scripting at an intermediate level, exhibiting proficiency in library utilization and data manipulation techniques.

- Prior experience working on production plan optimization or similar projects.

- Familiarity in working with SQL databases as an integration will be required.
