We are a design firm that specializes in Contemporary and Transitional Designs for luxury custom homes. We are looking for one of 2 positions listed below.:
Role #1: Architectural Drafting and Sketchup Modelling
-We are looking for someone who can take a sketch and our design direction and draft floor plans with our Cad templat standards as required. Site Plan drafting may also be required using our office standards. You will be taught our process and given examples of what our expectations are.
Role #2: Architectural BIM modelling
-Assigned Tasks include taking a completed design and building a Zoning Drawings Set in Revit 2021 using our Revit Template and Office Standards. We have tutorials on how to accomplish this along with other examples. Revit experience is required for this Role.
